Thanks for your suggestions!!! I read some books that you propose, and they are really "open-mind" becuase you can use its ideas in differents ways.
I think a very good teacher needs to "fascinate" the children, and the ericksonian style is appropriatte to do this...but a deep content and a clear explanation is necesary too...
I use the indirect suggestions to dissolve the fear and stress for exams, perfomance and correct develop.
And if you work with differents ways to learn, you need to know how the mind can "accept" your concepts better....I beleive the hypnotic language allows that each child can listen and select a "personal" message, special for him.
It improves the motivation and the self-steem....
There are a lot of things to think about.....
