    Psychosis
    M. Ameeri, M. D. · 07/29/01 at 3:51 ET

I have this patient who seems to hear voices commenting on his behavior all the time. The voices are real to him in the sense that if he blocks his ears, he cannot hear them. He reports that they speak as if they are in a radio station. They seem to follow what he thinks of, not what he actually lives. He has divorced his wife because of their comments.
Any ideas about what could be done with him?
