Thanks for the response. Couple of questions if I may: 1) I am under the impression that you utilize EMDR (eye movements/tapping, etc.,) to access these resources, is this an accurate impression? Seems similar to RDI, except you attempt to meet unmet needs and then employ RDI? 2) I don’t comprehend how you can get “child” parts, or any parts, unstuck without their emotions spilling through. They’re stuck for a reason, right? I know for myself, many times I can “feel” their “feelings” without any words, picture, etc. Their presence alone causes emotional disturbance when I’m co-conscience with them. It seems unreal that a therapist could release the “parts” without the buried emotions spilling through to the one who has to do “life“ and face the world. 3) Think I'm attempting to comprehend the difference in your DNMS and Dr. Inobe's RDI. They both rely on EMDR right? How does one involve having to "experience/own" the emotions and the other not require that experience/ownership when they both rely on EMDR? Since you are an EMDR Therapist and from what I read on your website, I’m assuming you use EMDR when attempting DNMS, hand-in-hand per se, same concept or am I totally lost? Thanks again, appreciate your time.
