I don't know much about Capella, so I can't really give an informed comment on their program.

For online programs, I'd look for faculty who are experienced in online communication; for a thoughtful integration of different online communication modalties, as well as phone, and in-person contacts; and for a program that seriously tries to develop a sense of community among its students and faculty..... all of this in addition to, of course, a solid academic and applied course of study.
