Re: Internet Demographics-Africa

I'm not very knowledgeable about this topic, Margot, but I do know that there is much concern among some experts about this "digital divide" (if you haven't already done so, do a web search using those keywords). It's another example of the rich getting richer, and the poor poorer. I sure hope we can overcome this inequity. Does anyone have any references or resources to share with Margot?
