    This is too funny. A "Digital Person", is one who understands what the difference is between an And, Or, Nand, Nor gates, can create a state chart, knows binary code, and hex code, assembly and machine language, a few programming languages and knows how to manage a server. Also understands IC's. Don't try to apply psychobabble to it, A "Digital Person" is one who understands mathematics and logic and circuitry and can create code like an artist can paint. The custom code is the digital person's creation.
