OK then if that's the case and you think therapy on the internet is great, then I'm sure you would welcome any of your clients publishing an on line journal saying that you are their therapist, and discussing in detail how your long term therapy with said client is progressing? For good or for bad?

If the client so chooses that is. You on the other hand could not, because you are bound by confidentiality laws. The client is not.
