Online Learning

Friendly lurker here...

I thought was loosed in the ol'globe by a previous thread seeking help on an experiment involving online learning.

My question for you folks: are there any of you who have actually had a positive experience with online learning? It sure sounds great in theory but I've yet to come across someone who was praising it's effectiveness.

CBT & Online learning has not been successful where I am employed. It is also extremely expensive for an organization to invest in. That's not altogether bad news when employed as the resident full service OD & Training Consultant (ok, I'm biased....really!).
