Re:Online applications for jobs

I have used both forms of application recently, if the site is user friendly I found that I was able to provide a cover letter,resume and apply during the same interaction. I found this to be quite easy. My concern is the responsiveness of the prospective employer to my cover letter,resume and application. The technology is available it is the acceptance by the community that will drive it. Dave
