    Thank you for responding. May I ask, though I guess most people know, what is a 'case-specific' theory? Something a little more flexible than most? Is everything the patient says or does considered a test or only the things that make the therapist uncomfortable or unhappy or whatever. Serious question not meant to be provoking.
