    Adolescent behavior

I am employed as a child care worker for adolescent boys in a group home facility. There happens to be one boy in particular that I cannot reach, and unfortunitly, he tends to be the leader of the home and has a lutenent which follows. He is very hostile and posses no respect for staff. He continuesly lies to staff and does chores in a careless manner. I have attempted since my employment in July to work with him, however, he has refused me in anyway possable. Thus, I find it difficult to work with him in all aspects. He has had a most difficult history and tends to assert his rage on the external environment without care. I happen to be one. He is also very permiscuis and goes through girls his age sexually and without care. His caseworker seems to have no affect on him as well. I realize that a child lives in a contraversial society and we are here to correct that; however, he is in this group home that presents him with staff that is just as contraversial. What can I do?
