    Re:Some thoughts on self-actualization and self-esteem

Todd, I'm just curious about this. Would it be high self-importance rather than high self-esteem that bullies and more aggressive people would have? In my own definition of self-esteem bullying others and being aggressive towards others doesn't fit. Assertiveness does but not aggressiveness. To me someone with high self-esteem does not need, or want, to dominate and control others.

It is an interesting topic and how we define the terms does play a part in it.
