hi!..i have been reading your messages and the dialogue on the subject and each time i think that one aspect that needs to be kept in mind while dealing with any issue in communication is that of cultural differences when interpreting data, spl. non verabal..maybe it'll be appropriate and helpful to keep this in mind while looking at on-line communication patterns as well. i think it'll be an intersting project, worth taking up. good luck and keep us informed.
