Behavioral Model

I am an administrator of a Psychiatric Hospital, and am looking for a behavioral model to help aides etc. deal with psychiatric patients, most of whom have long standing psychiatric illnesses. I believe that some of the confrontation can be reduced with good behavioral interactions. I am looking for such a model for less skilled employees. It should encompass de-escalation, anger management, and negotiation. Thanks for any suggestions. Bob
