The Mandt system for managing people consists of a graded system of interactions and interventions that begin with basics on proxemics, escalation and deescalation, and includes info on physical intervention. David Mandt and Associates provides trainings. I do not have a specific address, but I would guess that a search of the net would be beneficial.
