I am completing my undergraduate degree in the adult degree program at Norwich University. I live in the Phiadelphia area and do volunteer counseling for survivors of domestic violence.
I have an art component to my study this semester and am intrigued by the healing that is facilitated through this medium of expression. I know that I want to be a psycho-therapist. How can I incorporate art therapy into such a program? Is it possible for me to get a masters in counseling psych and in art therapy? Is there such a thing as a minor at a masters degree level? Can I study any of these subjects together at a school in the Philadelphia area or via distance learning?
Any/all info greatly appreciated!
Thanks, Elena
