Can you help? It is the first thing that I think of in the morning, and the last thing at night, and every moment in between. It is mentally exhausting and disrupts other productive thought. There must be something I can do to get this back to normal. There must be some technique for controlling obsession.
I have become obsessed with an email relationship. I recognise it as obsession, although I have never suffered as far as I remember from any other obsession.
