    Re: Personality disorder diagnosis by remote control

    Well, disordered or not, this patient (and she is merely a prototype of many that I see - the worst and most frequent being drug dependent pain patients) differs from other patients who are more active copers, in that her personality is the limiting factor, not the circumstances she currently finds herself in. And, despite the "tentative working diagnosis" the recommendations are sound. Thank-you. I'll try this series (which is fact seems like the best compilation of prior responses) with this and similar patients (I see about a dozen each week of this variety - about 20% of my current population). I'll report back.
