MEDITATION & SPIRITUALITY

Hello QUEST,

'Spiritualiy' has become a 'buzz word.' Some people dabble a bit, talk about spirituality socially, read a few things & move on. Others may be in interested, but afraid of what others many think or afraid they might get hooked, end up in a cult or 'go mental.' A few take the plunge & do the training consistently.

There are many 'moving meditations.' T'ai Chi is one. One of my students quit about 20 years ago because he 'got born again' & his funadamentalist preacher told him that T'ai Chi was the work of the devil. A Chinese Doctor from Singapore & trained in Western Medicine said to me, "T'ai Chi; that's Chinese Physiotherapy." Actually its a lot more than that.

I haven't looked at this site since I made the other post so missed the extensive discussion.
