DID/sexual transference/phone messages

I am a psychotherapist who works primarily with sexual abuse survivors and subsequently those who struggle wtih dissociation. I have one client who I have been working with for over a year. Initially she would leave a variety of sexually explicit messages on my answering machine. This behaviour had all but stopped until recently when she began leaving messages of her self masturbating. She responded with shame and fear when we explored the incident initially. The cause of the behaviour is clear and obvious but I am unsure what I should do in terms of continuing with the behaviour. It is relevant to note that this woman is a sexual abuse survivor, DID and I am a middle aged male therapist.
Suggestions please.
