It is also important to protect patients' privacy when giving sufficient information for a professional discussion; perhaps this is the reason for your vagueness. And as you know, as a professional, the matter of what is and is not "appropriate" sexual behavior in children this age is not a matter of agreement or clarity among mental-health professionals except in clear-cut cases of explicit accompanying pathological manifestations.
