Priapism

Looking for references/information on possible pyschological causes of priapism. I am seeing a 70 year old male, post heart value replacement who has suffered some of these symptoms over past 2 years. However, he is not sexually dysfunctional; in fact, fairly active. His heart medication (Cumadin, sp?) may be part of the problem, but we are wondering if there is any literature on possible psychological contribution to this condition.
