    Could you please site some of these studies that indicate a lack of traumatic effect? Has anyone investigated what makes some folks more resiliant and some more vulnerable after the same events? My colleagues and I have been having a "chicken and the egg" discussion on it in reference to Borderline P.D.; does sexual victimization "cause" BPD, or are BPD folks more likely to be traumatized by that experience?
