Your right,Christianity in the broad since is not the same as a belief in God, however I consider MY Christianity to mean "A Christlike Attitude" not a basic religious view of God, which many Christians take to. I also do believe those who are christians can be genuine because I disagree with your views on all christians think people are going to hell who sin as you said. I believe in a relationship with God, and in helping people build a relationship (those who seek one)with God. I think that helping people be all they can be is very genuine and therapist who are true in wanting to help hurting people are just that. Once again I must stress that I am not a "Christian Counselor" I am a counselor end of story. My personal world view is to be Christ-like but I must stress again that I use a very wide range of techniques in counseling, many have nothing to do with God. My personal attitude and demeanor is the only thing that shows my Christian belief.
