I brought up this topic hoping for wise exploration of a complex issue. Wisdom, I hoped, would temper over emotional responses to a "hot" issue. Since affairs are extremely prevelant, clinicians ability to help participants and their spouses address them effectively is essential. This is not an easy task, and I was hoping to hear about relevant clinical experiences, and I'm still open to that sort of dialog.
