I find you extremely rude. I read this entire discussion and I do not see why all of you seem to be jumping down this girls throat. Granted, Olivia's comment about 'manipulating clients' was a bit over the top, but has anyone ever thought that she may not have meant for it to sound that bad? I am certainly not putting words in anyones mouth, but I do think that we should try and be adult about it. I noticed she said she was a grad student, that means she does not have the experience as some of us do. How about we act like professionals and help those who are misguided instead of bashing them at the first chance we get, when they obviously made a mistake. I am sure you never made a mistake now, have you?
