Masturbation

While there is certainly the POSSIBILITY of prior "sexual abuse," there is NO WAY we can say there is "almost certainly" a history of abuse. People are way too varied for us to be able to say such things, particularly with a case as obviously complex as this.

That said, I agree with Monica's idea that your first step with this client is establishing rapport, and that "therapy" should not begin too soon.
