    Tickling is a form of touching and the sense of touch can be extremely erotic, especially since the tickling elicits laughter, which in turn reinforces the "tickler." Plus, placing the hands on another who is twisting and turning may excite the tickler because his/her hands may inadvertently (or accidentally on purpose) touch an erogenous area, which may be deemed inappropriate in a more serious setting. I think you need to ask yourself what about the tickling excites you the most.
