Sexual Boundary violation?

I recently read Walker's book "Siren's Dance: My Marriage to a Borderline" which is his biographical account of his marriage to a young woman with BPD while he was a med student and he goes on to become a pychiatrist.

Have others read the book? Any specific thoughts on the boundary/ethical/professional etc issues raised not ony by the book but in even publishing?

Clearly the boundary issues in this book are open for much scrutiny.
