Steve is right: viagra is not an aphrodisiac, nor does it increase sexual desire--except insofar as some men lose their desire when they have unreliable erections.
It is amazing how many people of all ages and backgrounds have trouble discussing sex--and then have sex anyway. It proves that the most intimate behavior isn't sexual, it's verbal.
i tell both clients and college audiences that people are generally not ready to do any sexual behaviors that they can't discuss with each other. it's an artifact of our odd culture that most people expect they should have sex they can't talk about, or that they should have sex with people they're not comfortable talking with.
