Jay: That's why I wrote it. I have the personality of someone who is confident about his knowledge and ability.

Anon: You as a therapist feel that you are better than your clients as you agree with above.

Jay: Of course I agree that I am better than my clients are with respect to what services they are paying me for. If my clients didn't also think I had something that was superior to what they can provide themselves, they would not come to see me nor would they pay me for my services.

Anon: That clearly indicates that you have a narcissistic personality.

Jay: It clearly indicates no such thing. It clearly indicates that I am trained to do what I do and that I do it competently and that it is superior to what a person can do for himself who seeks and then pays for my service. And my fees are well worth what clients pay me because of the competent services I provide them to help them acquire a level of competence supeior to the level they had before their consultations with me.

Anon: Most shrinks do.

Jay: This is hollow speculation. Where is your data that most shrinks have or don't have any sort of personality? You have none.
