    CALL FOR PAPERS

    The Sexual Body:
New Developments in Science, Therapy, & Education

The body is the mind's partner in creating and experiencing eroticism. Many disciplines are uncovering radically new information about the body's role in our sexual experience--
neuroscience, endocrinology, pharmacology, gerontology, somatic psychology, and others. Social scientists and learning theorists are challenging old assumptions about how culture and psychology shape the body's sexual experience.

Join your sexological colleagues in the biological sciences, social sciences, therapy, and education fields as we explore a multi-disciplinary understanding of sexual desire, function, decision-making, and satisfaction.

As usual, the meeting will feature nationally-known speakers, dozens of concurrent presentations, CEUs, an awards banquet, breakfasts, and social events.

Where? A gorgeous resort hotel in California's third largest city, a modern urban setting with plenty of nightlife, museums, and shopping, minutes from hiking trails and exactly halfway between the ocean and San Francisco.

Deadline for submissions: October 10, 2002
    Submission form: www.sssswr.org/Prog03/submitform03.html
