it sounds as though there might be some intense sexual abuse going on with this child. have you investigated? if so this is a definite issue to address as well as investigating whether or not the siblings have experienced any abuse. it sounds like not or maybe so in their past and now the 4 year old is the victim. i'm sorry i'm late and i'm sure you've dealt affectively with the sitution but i would still like your update. thanks monica
