The male is suffering from sexual inadequacy brought about through low self esteem. His accepting and finding sexual gratification watching other males mate with her tells me he's bi-sexual. I would focus on him for therapy.

She is expressing her female sexual needs which to this point were kept for her husband only. His suggestion released the flood gates for her and she now expresses her desires fully to any partner.

After his therapy, it will be difficult for her to accept to return to her original state.
