Incentives

Have you considered incentives? They could be as nominal as making the team leadership for a week contingent on performance(where performance is equated to change/flexability). They could be hats or T shirts with the Comapny logo on them. I don't want to sound too parochial but sometimes these approaches serve to motivate people, ......Ed
