Introduction

Hello All,

Just a note to introduce myself, to ask for some information and to offer a definition or two for "chewing".

I am the Senior Staff Instructor in VLSI Technology's Training, Education & Development Department, San Jose CA.

Presently, I am tasked with proposing a competency determination project and would welcome commentary on competencies in business organizations.

O.D. is (1) The process of planned change, (2) The process of establishing, restoring or maintaining the balance between structure and freedom or (3) ?.
