Re:part-time employee and organizational behaviour (NEED HELP!)

Yes I am the person on Tom Peters site. As far as books-- one is listed on Amazon Japan-- it is an overview of psychology. Another article in a book published in the 1980s in Berlin dealt with management style and information systems implementation-- published by ESOMAR, Berlin. A third book went through University Microfilmms, Michigan -- date was around 1985 -- it was on the preparation of corporate and military personnel who were assigned long term sojourns in Asia and the Middle East especially.
