Re:OD in university setting

Dear President Sarwono,
I have been working in college and university settings for a number of years, teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Organization Development and Learning Organizations, serve as an examiner for a regional accreditation body and also serve as Editor to To Improve the Academy. I would like to be help ful to you but need more specific questions. Are you interested in books and articles, or do you have specifc quesitons or concerns?
