I have become involved with world class manufacturing principles. At this time I have become aware of other just in time application to our inventory. My question is do you anticipate further use of the guide lines first developed in the 1970's for application to now become somewhat diminished in use in the near future. Secondly do you think, that the trend is toward a mix of applications, and can you suggest more possible effective ways to motivate our people to team work behavior.
What principles? You have not described them.
And your point is…
What guidelines? So far you have said nothing but hot air. You must be either a sales person or an MBA.
There appears to be some emphasis on using just some of the principles at my facility.
What principles? You have not defined them.
The only skill you appear to have is to string together words and make it sound like you are saying something important, when actually you saying nothing but air.
If this is the way your companies managers think, it is in big trouble.
