Organizational Coaching & The Theory of Gestalt Therapy

Hi~

I'm in the process of doing a research project on using the Theory of Gestalt Therapy as a process for coaching.

I'm looking for research that could be applied to validate the efficacy of process oriented coaching, rather than goal driven.

Any ideas - would love top start a dialogue on this topic.
