Re:Quality On-line OD PH.D. programs

There are a number of PhD programs in the area of OD and OB out there. The Fielding Institute has a program that is sound (Charlie can confirm or deny ;o)

There are others I'd be happy to tell you about but I don't know how sound they are. I get mixed reviews on them from people who have attended the programs or know people who have attended them.

Capella has a PhD in OD
I think Pepperdine University still has an online program that requires some residency as well.

Many of the traditional Universities have programs that are partially online, but require some amount of in-residence time. There are also a couple in the UK although I don't know much about them. I'd have to contact one of my colleagues there to get more info and would be happy to if you are interested.
