Re:Transition into OD from Chicago

There are several organizations which can help greatly those making the transition to OD. One is www.imcusa.org -- this is a world wide organization with about 12,000 members who interact, get each other on projects and mentor very effectively. I have been active with IMC for over 15 years and find it very effective for US and international connections. Should you want a more detailed response -- post on this site and I will respond as should others.
