Cognitive style assessment

I am looking for a diagnostic instrument that can be used to assess a range of individual cognitive constructs or processes (e.g. perfectionism, hopelessness, locus of control, worry, rumination) which may be implicated in maintaining workplace stress or impairing team functioning.

Does anyone know of any such measures designed for occupational (vs. clinical) populations?
