As I have originally started out with a different subject, which was resistance to change (my paper is still not done) I have a couple of questions regarding what you wrote. As a student I do not of course have practical experience, and I do look at the whole topic probably with a very naive view. Anyway, what do you personally do when you "feel" resistance? How do you notice resistance, if at all?

I was also thinking about you writing that you might be asked to do something "unethical". Give me an example what a consultant might be asked that is unethical.
