Hello, I have a question regarding Executive Visioning and the like. Working for a large consulting firm, I often have to give presentations on the software products we are implementing, i.e. for a first or second release of the implementation. Is there a resource available (journal, manual, animal, vegetable, mineral...) that can guide one when giving an important presentation that will impact the success/failure of the implementation. To be more precise, I will be presenting a software's functionality and its impact on organizational change, in the presence of contractors from that software's firm, to our client. How do I structure this presentation such that I/we gain the full support of the client's resources moving forward (knowing that in the past, meeting with the client has been exceedingly difficult (excessive cancelled meetings) even when they've claimed to be on board in the past? Thanks in advance for your insight.
