Glad to hear that your program went well. I did not see your request for help until today, so I did not reply before. I have been teaching MBTI to Chinese managers and professionals for over a year now. In fact, I received the APT award last week for "Best Application of Psychological Type" for my work with Type in China.

You had a double whammy working against you in terms of having a diversity of types. Accountant types are heavy into the STJ and so are Chinese managers and professionals.

My research will be published in the December 1999 Journal of Psychological Type.
