    Culture- Social construction of reality
Don Nowill · 1/6/99 at 8:38 PM ET

I think cultures, in particular unwritten rules, are formed by our social interaction with others in the groups we belong to. Organizations have prescribed structure, norms, values and rules. Culture is developed based on what these things mean (and don't mean) to us. Yes, structure and sanctions help control the institutions we develop, but they are not the main producer of culture.
