Need some advices for applying Kilmann-Saxton Culture-gap Survey

Hello:

I am an international student at university of La Verne. I am doing the research for my dissertation and I am interested in the relationship between the culture-gap and the stage of organizational life cycle. I have found that the Kilmann-Saxton Culture-Gap Instrument will be useful to the research. I will apprecite to have some comments and advices from anyone who are familiar with this instrument or anyone who could help me map out this research study.
