scapegoating

Hi Christina. I'm a masters student in the Fielding ODE program. I just finished a book by Arthur D. Colman called "Up From Scapegoating". The book is based on Colman's experience as an organizational consultant and Jungian therapist. I think you might find some things in the book that reflect your interest.
