O.D. Diagnostic Models

I am a student of O.D. and have learned about a few different O.D. diagnostic models in my studies. Weisbord's six-box model seems to be a good one for beginners like myself. My question is: What diagnostic models seem to work best for you folks that have practiced O.D. for a while and where can I learn more about them? I am interested in models that are useful for smaller businesses. Thanks in advance.
